QRCS has been providing civil construction services to the Houston, TX and surrounding areas since 2011. We specialize in commercial, residential and industrial projects. Our skilled management and staff are equipped to handle all types of civil construction from demolition, site clearing, excavation, concrete work to drainage installation. Our labor is OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 trained. Civil construction is what we do, what we live, and what we are good at. We hold experience working with commercial, private, and government agencies and no project is too small or too big.
